Products are shipped using major carriers. We do our best to use the shipping method with the lowest cost. Shipping times are not guaranteed. If the package arrives damaged, please send a picture of the damaged package ASAP so that we can contact the appropriate service.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged, please send an image of the damaged product to email@example.com 3 days of receiving your product. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Errors made my Willow + Oak Creative will receive a replacement product at no cost, but inaccurate information provided by the customer (spelling of names, dates, town names, etc.) resulting in an inaccurate product will NOT receive a refund or free replacement. A new product may be ordered, but customer will be added to the end of project lists in order to get all customers their products in a timely manner. Please understand that wood products vary in quality. No two products will be exactly alike. Wood inherently has imperfections, though we do try to discard of low-quality wood and other warped materials. Customers have 24 hours after the time of their order to cancel the order. After this time, cancellations can still be made, but refunds will NOT be issued as the cut/engraved material put into the project cannot be reused. Please understand that the cost of the wood used in these projects is expensive (along with everything else).
