If the order is a custom design, we will be in direct contact with you throughout the design and creation process and then we will notify you when the item is shipped.

Custom orders are not available for returns or refunds. We will work hard to get these custom orders right the first time.
To cancel an order, please contact the shop within 12 hours of placing the initial order.
