Shipping Policy
Shipping is primarily via USPS Priority Mail. When necessary, UPS or FedEx will be used. Our current flat rate shipping is $5.99 in for Iowa and $6.99 for other states, unless otherwise stated on the website or if there is a free shipping code or promotion. Orders will typically be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Please allow extra shipping and processing on weekends and holidays. During the summer months, shipping may only occur Monday - Wednesday to help maintain product integrity during the high temperature and humidity season. Refund Policy
Due to product integrity, Osage + Lily does not currently accept returned products. In the event a product is not satisfactory*, Osage + Lily will offer an exchange for a like item or will provide store credit. If doing an exchange, customer is expected to pay shipping charges related to that exchange. Customer will have two weeks from product delivery to initiate an exchange or store credit. To initiate an exchange or store credit, email osageandlily@gmail.com. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process.
