Description

Handmade mug, created on a pottery wheel, with raised Bicycle image. The glaze is a light bluish grey. The mug is 4 1/2 inches high, by 3 inches wide at the lip. It will hold approximately 10 ounces of your favorite beverage. Safe to use in the microwave and the dishwasher.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. I offer $10 flat rate shipping to the United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Waterloo, IA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3-5 business days. I will send you an email when your order is ready and we can work out a time for you to stop by. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Refund Policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at godgottaholdonme@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We can work together towards a satisfactory solution. Probably either a refund or an exchange. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Received the item but it's not what you thought it would be, or not what you wanted? I accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
