RETURNS Store purchases/ Online Pickups for cash/credit refund must be made within 7 days of the date on the original receipt. You may exchange or receive in-store credit within 14 days of the original receipt date. Receipt must be present at time of return. Online returns are accepted within 15 days of merchandise ship date for full credit. If said time periods have passed since date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not accept returned items. Sale items, intimates, accessories, candles, and bodysuits can not be returned or refunded. Items purchased using a sale coupon code can also not be returned. To complete your return, your receipt is required. Please complete our Return Information form by circling your reason for return and including this with your unwanted merchandise. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
