Shipping Policy
Additional shipping costs apply to product cost. Shipping will be provided by UPS using UPS Ground service. UPS states that delivery will be within 1 to 5 business days, depending on receiving destination.
Refund Policy
I will refund or replace any product that breaks due to manufacturing defects and not due to improper use of the product.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders placed may be cancelled prior to completion of the project. If the project has not been started, then 100% of the costs will be refunded. Once work has begun, prior to completion of production, then 75% of the costs will be refunded. Once project is built, and prior to delivery of product, if an order is canceled than 25% of the order cost may be refunded, no shipping will be charged.
