We make fresh curds every week. They will have that super-fresh squeak for about one week and are best enjoyed within three weeks.
All of our cheeses are packaged with an ice pack and insulation to keep cheese cool. We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays with 2 Day Priority Shipping to ensure cheese arrives safely before the weekend. All orders placed after noon on Tuesday will ship the following week.
