Our standard shipping fee is $7.00 and free shipping on orders of $50.00 and up.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Our goal is to provide you with great service, and of course, delicious coffee. Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee.
