With a zing of ginger, pow of molasses, and a kick of allspice, this ain’t your grandma’s cinnamon sugar. Iowa Nice is incredible on buttered toast, oatmeal, French toast, roasted nuts, sweet potatoes, fruit crisps, crumbles, fruit salad, and grilled fruit like peaches and pineapple. We recommend mixing Iowa Nice with GGX and pineapple juice when glazing a brisket for smoking.
