All 400RSHome&Desgin signs are made in the United States, and we can ship anywhere within the continental United States. Our signs are sturdy and safe to hang anywhere in your home or business.  Our Signs are constructed by hand and 100% wood. We have many color choices that are able to match your home and decor. 

We have done thousands of custom wood signs to date. There is endless options for your custom sign.  We send proofs until we find the right design for you like.

Ordering instructions: 

In the personalization box, leave the following information. 

1. Wording/Lettering you would like on the sign. 

      ~Color choices ~ Background, lettering, frame

2.Email Address or cell phone number where we can send proof.

3. font choice if you have a favorite one, otherwise we will send our top choices. 

4. email us an inspiration photo if you have one @ 400rshomedesign@gmail.com

Within 3-5 business days we will send proofs of your sign for you to choose one from. We will make edits after that if you would like to see further changes.

Shipping Policy

$12.00 Flat fee is our shipping costs.   Orders are process in the order they are received.  All orders are shipped from our location in Whittemore, Iowa via USPS or UPS.  We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and follow the standard methods available by UPS and USPS. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. The day an order is ships does not count as a day in transit. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Please note that we ship Monday-Friday and do not count Sundays or US holidays as business days. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package.  Terms are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

Refund/Return Policy: Changed your mind or unsatisfied with your purchase?  You must return the unused item within 30 days for a 100% store credit or refund back to your method of payment. Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment. No returns will be accepted on orders purchased over 30 days. We do not accept returns on Sale or Clearance items. At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a 20% + restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

30-day return policy on regular priced items. All sale and clearance items are final and not returnable. If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your items for a replacement or refund.
