No returns or exchanges unless sellers mistake such as wrong color, item, or size is made.  Please double check the invoice and make sure it is correct with the correct descriptions and reach out to the seller with any questions or concerns before making payment. Please double check size charts before ordering. Most items are unisex sizing unless marked women such as tank tops and some special ordered tees. Color variations due to monitors, lighting, etc. are not eligible for refunds.  All mock ups are provided to TNT Handmade Co by the seller of the transfer/shirt.  Any color questions, please contact TNT Handmade Co.  (We have all seen is the shoe blue or pink so it is easier to look for the answers prior to making the item than having a customer unhappy with the end product.) No refunds will be issued for any packages lost in the mail.  Route insurance is offered and is highly encouraged to purchase.  If not purchased, the buyer assumes the risk.  Porch pick up is available or items will be shipped for actual shipping costs (if actual shipping costs and amount paid for shipping are over $2 a credit will be applied to your account).  If shipping is selected and then opt for porch pick up, shipping will be credited to buyers account minus a $2 fee. Porch pick ups will be placed in the front door when buyer agrees to pick up.  Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen items and anything left longer than 3 days will be shipped COD, unless arrangements have been made.
