We ship all orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Your order will go out in our next shipping cycle and you will receive a shipment notice once your order has been shipped.
If you choose local pick up, we will send you an order note once it is ready to be picked up, or give us a call for immediate pickup after your order has been placed.
Our intent is to provide the best, high quality products we possibly can. However, we understand sometimes problems occur in the shipping and handling, or a customer is not happy with the product. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All sales are final and no returns are accepted. Unopened items may be exchanged for equal or lesser value within 15 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and new shipment costs. Please e-mail us should you need to process a return or exchange.
