Description
One of our specialty medium roast coffees comes from the region in Ethiopian known as Yurgachef. These coffee beans will have much more pronounced fruit and deep chocolate tones, often with a bit of a winey characteristic and a syrupy body.
Flavor: Sweet with fruit acidity and a smooth mouthfeel; balanced with berry, lime, and sugar cane juice flavors.
