Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within two business days, and use a flat rate shipping fee through UPS. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped. If local pick up, we’ll notify you once your order is ready, or please call if you want to pick it up right away.
Refund Policy
Any Nest item purchased online can be returned in store for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item after the 30 day mark, we will offer a gift card to Nest for the equivalence of the price of the item; not including the shipping costs.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We can cancel orders only if the item has not yet been shipped, picked up, or delivered. You must contact us immediately to cancel your order.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return it to us (at your expense) with in the first 30 days, and we will refund you the order amount, not including shipping costs. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase then we can offer a Nest Store Credit for equivalent of the product being returned, not including shipping.
