Shipping Policy
Shipping:
We are currently shipping from Emmetsburg, Iowa, through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail shipping. Generally orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Transit times are usually between 2 and 3 business days. Plan for the possibility of a longer transit time around busy holidays, inclement weather, or other events that may affect the postal system.
Free Local Pickup:
Local pickup is also available to customers at no cost. We will try our best to have your order ready within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order may be picked up from The Shores at Five Island. Employees may ask for photo ID to verify identity when picking up your order.
Refund Policy

Our point of sales system does not allow us to process refunds after closing out transactions at the end of the day, so we are unable to accept/offer returns and refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for for another size/color within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached, and you must have a copy of your receipt/order confirmation. Items may be exchanged in-store or via mail (customer responsible for shipping).
Order Cancellation
