Classy Closet Online Boutique Shipping Information:
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, if not within 24 hours from NW Iowa.
• Orders over $75 will be eligible for FREE shipping in the U.S., not including Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. • We will always INCLUDE a TRACKING NUMBER on your shipment. • Are you a Local NW IA customer and want to pick-up your order? Simply select that option when checking out and send an email with day/time to arrange your order pick-up. • We understand things can happen and if you would receive damaged items. Be sure to contact us, with pictures as received, within 3 days to work things out. • Disclaimer: All tags must be cut off with a scissors. Not responsible for holes from tags being ripped out instead of cut out. • If we receive your package back in the mail due to inaccurate or undeliverable addresses, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. There will be no refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.

• Items purchased at regular price can be returned, within 10 days after purchase, for an in-store credit. The in-store credit will be sent via the order email and that will be good for 12 months from the date of the return. •• The item(s) must be in their original and unused condition, with the original receipt and tags attached. •• If the item(s) is returned in any other condition, the return will not be accepted and you will be charged for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. • Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. • Customer pays for BOTH return and exchange shipping. • All SALE items and Accessory items (jewelry, hats, tanks, leggings, bralettes, gloves) are FINAL sales and non-refundable or exchangeable, with the exception of size exchanges on the exact item if available. • We request that you contact prior to returning for the return shipping address.
