Shipping Policy
All of our gift boxes are packaged with an ice pack and insulation to keep cheese cool. We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays with 2-Day Priority Shipping to ensure cheese arrives safely before the weekend. All orders placed after noon on Tuesday will ship the following week.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. We strive to create and deliver delicious, farm-fresh cheese to our customers.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our product, items cannot be returned.
Once orders have shipped they cannot be canceled or exchanged. To cancel an order you must call 319-470-3919.
