Description

Officially licensed Iowa State University retractable badge holder.  A great item for those who are required to were ID badges.  The carbiner style metal clip allows for easy attachment.  These 2 1/2″ premium badge holders feature an anti-rotational cord that measures 34″ and have domed logo decoration on both sides.  Printed and assembled in the US with imported badge reel.  This is for one badge holder – the picture is showing the front and back of the ISU reel.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship FREE to anywhere in the United States! We ship Monday through Saturday. All orders are shipped out the same or next business day after the order is placed. All Standard and Priority shipping orders placed after 12 p.m. CST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. For Standard Shipping, we select the shipping method based on the physical size and weight of the products you ordered. Most orders will ship through the United State Post Service and typical delivery is around 3-8 business days. If your order has to be packed in a larger box than USPS will accept your order will ship FedEx or UPS ground. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. For Priority Shipping, we will send your order Priority Mail or FedEx for delivery in 2-3 business days. Shipping cutoff is 12 p.m. CST for Priority Upgrades to go out the same day. Any packages with a subtotal of $300 or more will be shipped FedEx Ground and may require an Adult Signature. You'll receive an email confirming the shipping date and carrier used the same day your order is sent along with a tracking number. If you have any questions about how your order will ship prior to placing it, please give us a call or send us an email. The delivery times above are not guaranteed. The day the order is shipped does not count towards the shipping times. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days. Flag poles and larger wrought iron products cannot be shipped outside the Contiguous United States. If you intend to ship outside the Contiguous U.S. and want an accessory, give us a call before ordering and we'll let you know the practicality and the shipping/insurance charges for your consideration. Some poles and stands cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses. Please read the description on each items product page for more details. If you are sending an order as a gift you may include a short message. There is a place on the cart page, before you checkout, where you may add your message. It will appear on the packing slip included inside the order. Also, no prices are shown. If your package is stolen from your mailbox or porch we are not responsible, nor required to refund or replace your order.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received, in the original packaging and not used (flying a flag outside for a few days is not eligible for a return as it has been used and cannot be returned as new). If you paid for faster shipping the shipping fees will not be refunded. If an item has been opened and cannot be re-packaged as new you may be assessed a 15% restocking fee since it cannot be sold as a new item. Items returned that are deemed as being flown or used will be given a 25% refund. Please send an email to flags@heartlandflags.com to begin the return process. A member of our customer service will respond and guide you through the process. If you receive the incorrect item or it is defective a postage paid label will be provided to return the item. If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
