Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders over $75.00  Your order will be filled within one to two business  days.  Orders will be shipped via two day priority mail.

Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase!  But if for any reason you are not pleased with your item/items we would love to accommodate you with a speedy return & refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.   To start a return, you can contact us at willowandbright@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused and unaltered
  • Free from all marks/stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, and animal hair.
  • Tags still attached
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
