Orange cards represent breath-work mindfulness practices.
Pink cards signify body movement. These cards are mindfulness practices through yoga poses or body movement.
Yellow cards are sensory practices. These practices integrate one or more of the senses into mindfulness.
Green cards are guided mindfulness practices through guided meditations or body scans.
