Cancellations are accepted on finished products up until the product is shipped. A product in-process of customization may not be cancelled.  "In-process" meaning a physical product has been pulled and modified already. Returns of finished "as-is" products will be accepted within 45 days of delivery so long as the product is returned undamaged. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Due to the nature of customized product, returns on custom products will not be accepted. Exchange of finished "as-is" products may be accepted within 45 days of delivery for a product of similar description, material, and finish. For example, a Pine 3-slot wallet photo frame with dark Kona Stain Finish may be exchanged for a Pine 3-slot wallet photo frame with walnut tone oil finish. So long as the original item is returned undamaged at the buyers expense. Due to the nature of customized products, exchange of custom products will not be accepted unless a considerable mistake has been made on my behalf.
