Shipping Policy
All orders will be hand packed and shipped by El Kay Designs. If your item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days. If inventory is sold out, or if requesting a commissioned piece, you will be promptly notified with an estimated delivery time.
Refund Policy
Due to personal hygiene concerns, jewelry items are non-returnable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If a buyer requests to cancel an order, we can only honor that request if the item has not yet been shipped.
