To ensure you receive your item by Christmas, please order by December 11th 2021.
We ship all items on Tuesdays and Fridays. Your order will be shipped on the next shipping cycle, and you will receive a shipment notice once your order has been shipped.
If you choose local pick up, we'll send you an order note once it's ready for local pick up. After you receive your order note, please call or text to arrange a time to make a local pick up for your order.
If your item is custom or personalized, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for processing time of your items after final approval of the design rendering.
We do hope you'll love your items. Should there be a problem with your order please contact us and we'll do what we can to make it right. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the original packing and same condition that you received it.
Custom and personalized items are not refundable or exchangeable. Due to custom and personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we can not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Returns on custom and personalized, items that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as custom designs, engravings, monograms, embossing, or carving) are as follows:
Notify the third-party seller within 5 days of receipt.
If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by us, that is different from the approved rendering, please contact us within 5 days and we will make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and will gladly accept returns and exchanges on stock items only. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and loss of value of the item if not returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on returned or exchanged items.
Sales on custom and personized items are final and no refunds or returns are accepted unless they arrive damaged.
