When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Typically, we ship within 3 business days. Some graphic design products could take up to 10 days, if they are out of stock. Customer will be notified if shipping will be longer than 3 days.
PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.
If you have received something defective/damaged or an item was shipped to you incorrectly please contact us within 14 days of order receipt.
If it has been longer than 14 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed it becomes ineligible for replacement.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of delivery date. After 14 days of purchase, no refund will be initiated.
All Clearance/SALE items or items purchased with a greater than 30% discount are final! No returns or store credit.
