Shipping Policy
For Local Pick Up Orders, We will notify you when you once your order is ready, or please call (515)395-2200 if you are wanting to pick it up right away.
For Shipping, We ship orders on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Your order will go out on our next shipment day. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping can be delayed due to carriers, this is outside our control. We can NOT refund items once shipped.
Refund Policy
You may return merchandise within 30 days, with tags on & reciept for store credit (giftcard). Unfortunately we can not accept returns on costume jewelry & Spanx.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We cancel orders only if the item has not yet been shipped, or picked up. You must contact us immediately to cancel your order.
