SHIPPING POLICY Each product is made to order. Sometimes we have pieces in stock, and we can ship immediately, but other times they need to be custom made for you. Please contact us for custom order inquires or questions at info@waldenrun.com. Most orders will be shipped via USPS within 3-10 business days. For out of stock and custom items, please allow 8-12 days for orders to be handmade and shipped. We do our absolute best to ship orders as soon as they are received. If your item has a longer lead time for some reason, we will notify you by email. If you have a time crunch, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. On rare instances a product can be damaged by the shipping provider. We take each claim on a case-by-case basis and we will do our best to accommodate the purchaser with a replacement if we deem it necessary.
