Refunds can be given in the initial form of payment on full-price items in original condition within 15 days when a receipt is present.  After 15 days, an in-store credit will be granted for an item in original condition. Gift cards and Sale Barn items or any item not sold at full-price are non-refundable and non-returnable.   Refunds [if applicable] Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the time frame and condition of your return.  If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.   Sale Barn Goods [if applicable] Only regular priced items may be refunded, any goods sold at a discount cannot be refunded.  All of these items state this portion of the policy very clearly in the product description.   Shipping To return your goods, please mail to: 222 West Water Street Decorah Iowa US 52101.  The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
