We ship all orders within three business days or less. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped. If your order is out of stock you get a notification on the status.
We allow refunds on orders only if the item has not yet been shipped, picked up, or delivered. You must contact us immediately to cancel your order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any of our items. However, if an item is not as expected, returns may be authorized and issued a store credit. Should you have a problem with your product or order, please contact us to make it right. We will work with individual customers as needed to make situations right.
