Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped out on Mondays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order shipped containing your tracking number.
Refund Policy
Harlequin Home is a consignment store so all our sales are final. If for any reason, your item has a defect or not working properly, Harlequin Home would be more than happy to solve the problem.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel your order at anytime before the next Monday when your item must be shipped. Once your item is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Returns are only allowed for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 3 days of receiving item to alert us of the damage. After we receive proof of the damaged item, we will refund your money within 48 hours.
