We do our own packing to ensure all shipments received are in excellent condition. We try to ship within 2 days of receiving the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you.
Sometimes that artwork you fell in love with just doesn't fit or the colors don't jive as you had hoped. Should there be a problem with your order please contact us and we'll do what we can to make it right. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the original packing and same condition that you received it. Sales on custom and personalized items are final and no refunds or returns are accepted unless they arrive damaged.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and will gladly accept returns and exchanges on stock items only. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and loss of value of the item if not returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on returned or exchanged items.
