Shipping Policy
We ship all orders on Mondays and Fridays. Your order will go out in our next shipping cycle, and you will receive a shipment notice once your order has been shipped.
If you choose local pick up, we will send you an order note once it is ready, or feel free to call for immediate pick up after order placement.
Refund Policy
We do hope you will love your items from ShanClair Chic Boutique. If the items you ordered do not fit or are not what you expected, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your item(s). Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered to be accepted. Return postage will be the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable. If an alternate size is not available, boutique credit will be offered. All sales are final on discounted items.
