Flat rate shipping or local pickup can be selected on most items. If your item(s) are damaged in shipping we will need proof of this to work with the postal service for reimbursement(s).

Does the customer need to use your packaging or can they use their own? Please ship back in the original packaging.
Do they need to include the order slip? Please include your order slip for refund.
Is there a limited time frame in which a return or exchange can be completed? Please call within 7 days of receipt of product to report issue. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Who pays for shipping — you or your customer? Will you provide a shipping label? Customer will be responsible for return shipping unless product received is not as advertised online.
