Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Since our candles are handmade items, each one is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Delivery times vary depending on location. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact me directly.if we are unable to ship the promised timeframe ,we will contact you wiht a revised shipping date and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the order for a full refund

Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are available only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the instructions in our Refund Policy.
