Shipping Policy

I ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. During Christmas, I'll ship every day up to Dec. 11 for arrival for Christmas for U.S. orders. Your order will go out on our next shipment day. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped. If local pick up, we’ll notify you once your order is ready, or please call - 563-379-7583 if you want to pick it up right away. Free shipping with orders over $50!

Refund Policy

Should you have a problem with your product or order, please contact me to make it right. I will work with individual customers as needed to make situations right.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I only allow returns/exchanges on certain items. No returns on jewelry, jeweled hair accessories or custom orders. Returns and exchanges are made with the shipping costs deducted from the order amount. Should you have a problem with your product, please contact me and I'll work with you to resolve the situation.
