Shipping Rates

Our flat shipping rate is $8 for U.S. States.

International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Southeast Iowa Lavender Farm. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns according to the following policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • All original packaging, including tags, must be intact.
  • Certain items, such as "personalized products," "clearance items," or "gift cards", are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  4. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: We offer free returns for items that are defective or if we made a mistake with your order.
  • Customer-Paid Returns: In the case of a return for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, sizing issue), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Please follow the same steps as for a return to initiate an exchange.
