Great for bone broth. Pork stock can be used anywhere you’d use a pork bone in soup. That’s a good place to start, with things like clam chowder or split pea soup. Baked beans are delicious with pork stock, and we make pinto beans for burritos and white beans for soups using pork stock. Packages vary in size but order consists of approx. 5 lbs. Local deliveries only. If you are outside the Ames/Ankeny/Des Moines area you will not receive this order and will be refunded.
Shipping Policy
Free local pick-up options for Ames and Des Moines Farmers Markets on Saturdays May - October. Shipping time varies depending on your location and date of order. Unless otherwise communicated, items will ship between 2-7 days. You'll receive an email and tracking number when your box is shipped. Make sure to coordinate to get your meat in the freezer ASAP after drop-off. With product moving quickly, some of your preferences may be out of stock before your shipping date. Farm Story will substitute any out of stock items with the closest equivalent cut and refund any difference.
