RETURNS: L and C Sewing will happily exchange your product within 7 days from purchase. If there are any price discrepancies, customer is responsible for paying the difference. L and C Sewing will refund any monies if your exchange is less then what you purchased for. All customers will be required to cover shipping back to L and C Sewing. L and C Sewing will pay for shipping of the new item back to the customer. CANCELLATION: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours with no penalty. To cancel, please contact us via LANDCSEWING@GMAIL.COM If a customer places a custom order with L and C Sewing, payment is due at the time of purchase. L and C Sewing will communicate with customer if there are any delays to item or any other problems with a custom order and offer compensation that L and C Sewing deems appropriate. After 24 hours, custom orders cannot be canceled once materials have been purchased or production has begun.
Deposits remain non-refundable. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
If a mistake is made based on the information provided by the customer, a replacement may require full repayment. EXCHANGES: We gladly offer exchanges on non-custom, unused, and unworn items within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Because custom items are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be exchanged, unless the item arrives with an error made on our part. To request an exchange, please contact us within the 7-day window with your order number and details.
Exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned and inspected. Customer will pay shipping back and L and C Sewing will pay for shipping back to customer for the exchanged item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our mistake.
If we made an error, we cover all shipping costs. If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item. Sale, clearance, seasonal, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
