If you choose to return a purchase, I will refund the cost of the item + applicable taxes (the item must be in original condition) with the following conditions. * Custom Orders - will only be refunded due to damage or loss during shipping * Shipping Costs - Expedited or International Shipping Shipping costs paid by buyer are NOT refundable - Free Shipping If you utilized the free shipping offer (within the US), a $4 restocking fee will be removed from your final refund total. If you live in an area with national consumer protection policies (ex EU, Great Britain, etc) by making a purchase from my shop you are specifically waiving all rights that conflict with my shop's return policies. * Lost/stolen packages - Lost in transit (carrier tracking does NOT show package successfully delivered) If your package is lost by the carrier and remains in transit beyond the stated delivery window, please contact this shop. Buyer may choose refund or replacement 1 day after delivery window closes. If refund is preferred, purchase price and applicable taxes will be refunded less a $4 fee. If the item(s) arrive after delivery window has closed and refund has been requested, buyer agrees to refuse delivery of the package from the carrier and will request a return to sender. - Stolen/missing (carrier tracking shows package successfully delivered) If your package is missing but the carrier shows it has been delivered: the first step is to follow up with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc). If the carrier is unable resolve the issue, please file a missing/stolen package report with your local police department. When buyer furnishes a copy of the police report with documentation of theft I will refund full purchase price and applicable taxes less a $4 fee.
