All orders will ship to your home within two weeks from order date. If you arrange for store pick up we will notify you once your order is pulled and ready for store pick up.
Due to Federal and State guidelines on bedding. Once bedding is used out of package we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. If an item is defective it will be replaced once a warranty claim has been filed and accepted with the manufacturer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
This is similar to our refund policy. Once bedding is taken out of original package and used it cannot be resold as new. We do not offer a return or exchange policy. Once an item has shipped to the home there are no cancellations, returns or exchanges. Manufacturers warranties are there to protect our customers if something would happen to the product within warranty guidelines.
