Pork shoulder roasts are great for grilling, pulled pork, and BBQ. They range in weight and styles. They will come with a layer fat that can be used to add flavor or simply trimmed off. Bone-in Shoulders average 4.35 lbs and Boneless Shoulders average about 4 lbs.

Free local pick-up options for Ames and Des Moines Farmers Markets on Saturdays May - October. Shipping time varies depending on your location and date of order. Unless otherwise communicated, items will ship between 2-7 days. You'll receive an email and tracking number when your box is shipped. Make sure to coordinate to get your meat in the freezer ASAP after drop-off. With product moving quickly, some of your preferences may be out of stock before your shipping date. Farm Story will substitute any out of stock items with the closest equivalent cut and refund any difference.
